  Provide your order details and a few photos of the mattress to confirm it is in good condition and eligible for return under our sanitation guidelines.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for a professional team to pick up the mattress from your home.

  After the mattress is received at our facility and inspected, your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
